I should tell you all now, that unlike previous year I will not be updating HAL whenever I feel like it.
I will only be updating when I get a GOOD idea for a comic, so (hopefully) there will be less crude and vague humour, and more well-rounded laughs.

That's right, I'm back! I know there wasn't that much of a fanbase anyway, but I'm hoping atleast half of the original readers are still here (That's right, all 4 of them).
I honestly wish there was a GMod comic-based forum on the internet, but since PHWonline went under and FacePunch sucks, there is no such thing.
Bots
It seems that a few bots have found the site.
I am sorry for this, but it seems that they found PHWOnline and are now spreading themselves through the network.
Installation Complete
Yes, this does mean I successfully installed my Adobe Photoshop again.
I don't know how soon I will be able to start with the webcomic though, sorry.
And right now I'm trying to choose between starting a hand-drawn comic or carrying on with Half-Assed-Life.

[b]No, I don't mean a comic update, I'm just here to tell you the comic is NOT dead.
I had to wipe my hard drive over the holidays so I lost my Adobe Photoshop 7 program, which means I have to reinstall it all over again which is proving a bit difficult at the moment.
So bear with me and there should be a comic soon enough.
On another note, if there are any Mighty Boosh fans here, there is a Role-Playing site where you can play as the characters. The site is currently looking for people to play as some of the main characters and the original people that played them are MIA.

A small hiatus
As the title of this news post suggests, there will be a short hiatus as I keep up with all of the college work, custom the characters skins a bit, work on the storyline for Survivor and get my life back on track.
I will still update every so often, just not so much as I used to.
There will be a news post when I plan to come back fully, so don't start thinking that I'm never coming back!

It's nearly the 50th issue of Half-Assed-Life and in December it will be the 1 year anniversary!
I am trying to decide what to do for the 50th issue but it will be up ASAP
New Slogan
Hopefully this new slogan for the comic will be funnier and easier to understand.

I am sad to say that Half-Assed-Life will be shut-down for a while as i have lost my whole steam account.
I am very sorry guys and girls.
Hiatus
There will be a temporary hiatus to the comic as i have currently been sucked into World of Warcraft.

Caption Competition
There is a Caption Competition on the forums under the "Comedy" section. The winner gets to write a Guest Strip for Half-Assed-Life.

New chatroom
Incase many of you hadn't noticed, I have now updated the chatroom to a Live one, so old messages won't be left over and clutter up anything.
Of course, if you would like me to put it back to the old chatroom, then please leave a comment saying so.
Extra Extra! Read all about it!
I have now added a new section called "Wallpapers and Extra Images".
I'm not sure whether the dimensions for the wallpapers are correct, if something is wrong then please tell me and I will try to sort it out.

My Final Fantasy
The lack of updates has been due to my new addiction: Final Fantasy XII.
I haven't played a Final Fantasy game since FF: Tactics Advance.
But FF XII has rekindled my love of it.
I know that there are special groups, for people completely obsessed with these games, to try to get them off it.
I even found my original Final Fantasy VI in my room! By the time i'm 20 or 30 that'll probably be worth a bundle :D
